A contour drawing uses one, continuous line to capture what you see. It helps us to look closer and draws our attention to the lines within. It's important to look closer within realizing we are all a continuous extension of one another.
A heart represents our connection with the Divine and with one another. It's like an inner light, that shines forth into all areas of our lives. The spiritual heart is always awake, always ready to light our path to enlightenment.
Our hearts are considered the seat of life and strength. Mind, soul, spirit, one's entire emotional being and understanding.

It is the most relaxing color for the human eye to view. Green helps alleviate anxiety, depression, and nervousness. It represents transformation and new beginnings.
Our Name
MINDFULness is maintaining a moment-by-moment awareness of our thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, and surrounding environment, through a gentle, nurturing lens.
Being mindful is also focusing one's awareness on the present moment, especially as part of a therapeutic or meditative technique.
MOVEMENT gives us healthy joints, strong bones, physical strength, good circulation, good coordination and reflex reactivity; improves our learning skills and concentration, and mental well-being.
Movement can also be a change or development, or a group of people working together to advance their shared ideas.
MEDITATION can give you a sense of calm, peace and balance that can benefit both your emotional well-being and your overall health. You can also use meditation to relax and cope with stress by refocusing your attention on something calming. Meditation can help you learn to stay centered and maintain inner peace.
Meditation also helps by engaging in mental exercises by concentrating on breathing or repetition of a prayer or mantra, for the purpose of reaching a heightened level of spiritual awareness.
