Booking
Policy

To ensure a smooth and supportive experience for everyone, please review the following booking policies before registering.

Registration & Booking

  • Advance registration is required for all classes, workshops, and virtual offerings.

  • Purchasing a single class, class card, or package does not automatically reserve your spot. You must select the specific class, date, and time and receive confirmation of your registration.

  • Space is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Registration closes prior to the start of class to allow for proper preparation and communication.

Class Cancellations & Changes

  • Classes may be canceled or postponed due to low enrollment, illness, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • In the event of a cancellation by the instructor, registered participants will be notified as soon as possible and offered a credit or reschedule option.

Participant Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be made within the posted cancellation window (if applicable) to receive a class credit.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the class, workshop, or session.

  • Workshops and special events may have separate cancellation policies, which will be clearly noted at the time of booking.

Virtual Classes

  • Registration is required to receive the virtual access link.

  • Access links are for registered participants only and may not be shared.

  • Please ensure you have a reliable internet connection and appropriate space to practice safely.

Arrival & Attendance

  • Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in.

  • Late arrivals may not be admitted to ensure a calm and uninterrupted experience for all participants.

Health & Safety

  • By registering, you acknowledge responsibility for your own physical, emotional, and mental well-being.

  • Please honor your body and participate at your own pace.

  • If you are feeling unwell, we kindly ask that you refrain from attending in-person classes.

Respect & Community

  • This is a welcoming, inclusive, and judgment-free space.

  • Respect for the instructor, fellow participants, and the space is expected at all times.

Thank you for your understanding and for supporting a small, single-teacher, community-centered business. Your cooperation helps create a safe, intentional, and nurturing experience for everyone.
